Shipping Service for our Customers
We have developed a competitively-priced, ‘easy-to-use’ online solution for buyers requiring door-to-door deliveries. Most of the time we ship your product directly from supplier warehouse to speed up the delivery process and avoid double handling. When you purchase products from our website, products might be coming from different distributors from different states. You may not receive your order in full if its shipped from multiple distributors
Usually if you place order online, courier services collect the products from supplier same day (before 4PM), and you should receive your order by next day between 9am - 6pm, our average delivery time from 2 - 3 days depends on stock availability from supplier and also where it comes from. We will do everything we can to speed up the delivery process, and again we have no control over the courier services and supplier order processing time
International Customers
The default shipping pricing apply to Australian customers only, if you are international customer different pricing applies to your total shipping cost, in that case we will have to recalculate your shipping charge
Product Warranty Return
If you happen to send the product back to us, we would encourage you to fill out online return form, once we receive the return request from you, we will advice you where to send the faulty products to the, reason for this is to avoid double handling and speed up the process - Remember all your products backed by manufacturer warranty and we have no problems dealing with faulty return. Its customers responsibility to understand Veritek return procedure and warranty instructions by product manufacturer
