VERITEK BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PTY LTD "TERMS & CONDITIONS"
You (the buyer) acknowledge that these terms and conditions embody the whole agreement between the parties to be bound by them
Payment
A. Terms are strictly cash before delivery unless a credit facility has been established with Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd. Payments may be subject to bank clearance before dispatch.
B. Major Credit cards are accepted (Visa and Master). A surcharge of 3% of your total purchase order applies.
C. Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd Business Solutions Pty Ltd may charge customer interest on any over due amount, calculated daily from the due date until the date of payment.
D. Customers must reimburse Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd for any expenses charges incurred by Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd in attempting to recover from any over due amounts, including with out limitation, debt collection and legal fees.
Delivery
A. Every endeavor will be made to complete order with in the time specified but no liability can be accepted in case of early, late or none delivery.
B. Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the rights to fully or partially reject or cancel the customer order at any time or under any circumstances.
C. Goods shall be delivered to the address specified upon placement of the order as the address for the delivery.
D. Claims for shortages, damages and invoice discrepancies must be made in writing within 24 hrs of delivery. Please email sales@veritek.com.au
E. We are not responsible for any delay caused by something outside our control, where we have problems due to accidents, strikes, transport difficulties or stock shortages from our distributors.
F. Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd will not take any liable for delays in delivery by courier agents.
Stock Returns
A. Products can only be returned to Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd only if prior arrangements made within 5 days from invoice date even if Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd is at fault.
B. Damaged goods are not eligible for returns
C. Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd reserves the right to impose restocking fees up to 40% for any returned goods.
D. Any products shown to be defective at the time of sale and not due to wear and tear, negligence, neglect or default on the part of the customer will be replaced without charge. You must notify Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd promptly after delivery of products that re regard red as defective with in 24 hours. Email us sales@veritek.com.au
E. Transit damage is not our liability. Transit damage claims should be placed with the carrier.
Warranty
A. Should any of the equipment sold by Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd fail any inherent, electrical or mechanical defect within the warranty period, we under take to repair the same, free of charge, providing the defective goods are return freight prepaid to our nominated delivery address. Provided that no alteration or additions are made, repaired undertaken.
B. Goods should be properly packaged for return, as goods damaged in transit will void warranty.
C. Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd will endeavour to return warranted goods to sender as quickly as possible, temporary replacement item will not be supplied
D. Goods returned with no faults will incur a minimum charge of $50.
E. All products purchased from Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd are covered by manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise specified.
F. Warranty is void if goods or warranty label have been tempered with in any way.
Installation
A. Installation cost not included unless otherwise specified.
B. Product purchased from Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd, Customers using our service to install the product customer will be invoice for installation service. Incase customer decided to return the product install by us, will have to pay for the installation service
Non-Returnable Products
A. All sales by Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd considered to be final, unless otherwise agreed in writing from Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd
B. No return basis, Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd not accepts any returns unless agreed by both party in writing.

A. Customer’s responsibility to backup or copy important data to different location before even placing a service call with Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd for repair. Any lost of data or corruption during maintenance Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd will not be responsible.
B. Customer’s responsibility to advice Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd any important data, programs, email messages, address book, contact details, other third party custom applications important to you in writing.
C. Business will be interrupts during maintenance or upgrade, your responsibility to advice staff and customer’s and be prepared for alternate method over come this delay.
D. Customer’s responsibility to have ready software and licenses for installation. Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd will not bring any software otherwise you have been advised.
E. If fault is out side Veritek Business Solutions Pty Ltd technical ability to solve, we might bring specialized technical expert to solve technical fault. This might incur addition charge to your organization.
